Janani K C is a law graduate and takes up Legal Freelance Works. She is currently pursuing her LLM (Masters in International Law) from South Asian University, Delhi. She is passionate about research & writing and indulges it with much enthusiasm, wherein, her interest in law is inclined towards International Laws, Environmental Laws, Maritime Laws, Human Rights, Constitutional Law, Public Policy, and Insurance Laws.
She has actively researched and written definition terms as part of the Justice Definitions Project, which includes IRDAI, GSTAT, Resolution Professional, Pre-Institution Mediation, Legal Fiction, and Sale.
